First off, this is why birds are awesome. It's sad when a cockatoo can out-dance you-- and I assure you, Snowball can.

In other news, I'm going in for an interview with the National Wildlife Federation (which is oh-so-conveniently located in Reston!) tomorrow morning. It's just an internship, and I have no idea if they'll be interested (or if I will!) after tomorrow, but, heck-- it's NotRetail. I've also applied for a position at the Smithsonian-- handling Dead Things and helping with collections in their Amphibians and Reptiles department. Woo! That closes Tuesday, so I'll be walking around with fingers and toes crossed that I hear back from them. I have no idea if it'd be worth commuting to D.C. and back every day, but, again-- NotRetail.

In other-other news, I've just been totally down in the dumps the past day or two, and I have no idea why. The People's Republic of Kris demands hugs! ;) That is all.

Edit: Shtoopid Java test tomorrow-- it's eating my brainzorz. Although it delights me to no end to type in code and make a computer do my bidding-- buwahahah!

GARFRIGT? FFFGT! I am so glad you are going to an interview with the National Wildlife Federation... because I like you. Even though I got NO RESPONSE when I applied (two separate times) years ago , those mothfugg...gin nice, really great people. This is some kind of karmic test, isn't it? Good luck with the interview.
