It seems kinda horoscopy to me -- ie, general things that are normal for everyone to feel sometimes. Nothing about them particularly leaped out and felt like you to me. I think sometimes the thing to do with these things is to read them and see how many people you can apply them to. It's usually, like, a lot. ;)
